L\u2019accroissement des \u00e9quipes de CDC BIODIVERSIT\u00c9 qui atteignent dor\u00e9navant plus de 50 salari\u00e9s, conduit \u00e0 calculer et publier l\u2019index d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019objectif est de calculer les diff\u00e9rents indicateurs et mettre en place des mesures afin de supprimer les \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les femmes et les hommes dans l\u2019entreprise et assurer une r\u00e9partition \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e de chaque sexe parmi l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.<\/strong> L\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les femmes et les hommes, calcul\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de la moyenne de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des femmes compar\u00e9e \u00e0 celle des hommes, par tranche d\u2019\u00e2ge et par cat\u00e9gorie de postes \u00e9quivalents ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.<\/strong>\u00a0L\u2019\u00e9cart de taux d\u2019augmentations individuelles de salaire entre les femmes et les hommes ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.<\/strong> Le pourcentage de salari\u00e9es ayant b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une augmentation dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivant leur retour de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9, si des augmentations sont intervenues au cours de la p\u00e9riode pendant laquelle le cong\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 pris ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.<\/strong>\u00a0Le nombre de salari\u00e9s du sexe sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 parmi les dix salari\u00e9s ayant per\u00e7u les plus hautes r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n\n\n
