L\u2019EIOPA a lanc\u00e9 une consultation en novembre 2023 sur son projet d\u2019avis relatif aux all\u00e9gations de durabilit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9co-blanchiement dans les secteurs de l\u2019assurance et des pensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans sa consultation, l\u2019EIOPA rappelle qu\u2019en 2022, les ESAs avaient men\u00e9 un call for evidence<\/em> sur le greenwashing<\/em>aupr\u00e8s des acteurs de la place. L\u2019objectif de la consultation est d\u2019assurer une approche commune et uniforme pour superviser tous les termes de durabilit\u00e9 et \u00e9viter tout risque de greenwashing<\/em> au sein de l\u2019UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
