Ing\u00e9rop au c\u0153ur des enjeux de nos villes est ma\u00eetre d\u2019\u0153uvre pour la conception de la promenade du Paillon, une for\u00eat verte de 20 hectares qui \u00e0 terme comprendra plusieurs centaines d’esp\u00e8ces de plantes et d\u2019arbres. Tout a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre pour apporter rafra\u00eechissement, r\u00e9silience et captation carbone, valoriser la biodiversit\u00e9 et minimiser les d\u00e9chets gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une d\u00e9marche de r\u00e9emploi et de r\u00e9utilisation. Nous avons accompagn\u00e9 les paysagistes sur le choix d\u2019esp\u00e8ces peu consommatrices d\u2019eau, garantissant une bonne capacit\u00e9 d\u2019ombrage et permettant de constituer un \u00eelot de fra\u00eecheur favorable \u00e0 la biodiversit\u00e9 urbaine et \u00e0 la baisse des temp\u00e9ratures. Des calculs structurels avanc\u00e9s nous ont permis de s\u00e9curiser les plantations sur les voutes du cours d\u2019eau du Paillon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La d\u00e9simperm\u00e9abilisation des sols am\u00e9liore la gestion des eaux pluviales d\u2019une partie de la voirie. Cette eau de pluie sera ensuite stock\u00e9e dans des citernes d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de deux piscines olympiques et utilis\u00e9e pour l\u2019arrosage du parc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En compl\u00e9ment, nous proc\u00e9derons au r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement de toutes les voies et les espaces publics pour int\u00e9grer les modes actifs pi\u00e9tons, v\u00e9los ainsi qu\u2019un Bus \u00e0 Haut Niveau de Service au projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour r\u00e9ussir ce projet, Ing\u00e9rop a su mobiliser une \u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire associ\u00e9e avec le cabinet d\u2019architecture \u00ab\u00a0Alexandre Chemetoff.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
