This is supported by the grassroots activities of the local chapters of our Women&rsquo;s Network\u2014which provide talent management and facilitate women supporting each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Raising the next generation of women leaders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Members of our Global Diversity &amp; Inclusion Committee monitor the progress of our women. We also run a Sponsorship Program for lawyers on potential track for partnership, and a Coaching Program offering associates and counsel the opportunity to receive individual, executive coaching and participate in group-coaching sessions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We pair lawyers at critical phases of their career with partner sponsors to ensure they receive opportunities and experience so they can advance to positions of leadership within the Firm and the broader legal profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"The value of women role models\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/G38-sw7BZ1E?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>We are made of outstanding women, who not only come from a range of racial and ethnic backgrounds but also women with different care-giving responsibilities, with disabilities, LGBTQ+ women, and more. We want to support all women, and give them ample opportunities to achieve their professional goals.
